Delivery and Payments
We are keen to get your order to you as fast and efficiently as possible. Once your order has been received we aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
Overseas customers: Once your order has been sent from Australia, it will usually arrive within a week to 10 days, however due to customs procedures out of our control, it can take up to 4 weeks (it’s unusual – but it can).
All orders are processed through Online Fulfillment Australia (OFA) and your credit card statement will indicate this.
OFA accept the following payment methods only: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Money Order.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. Your parcel will be delivered by Express Post (Australia) or International Mail.
Please note, freight is calculated dynamically - all freight charges are presented before the order is processed. Proceed to the shopping cart and choose your country to get an up-to-date shipping cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be offered on damaged or faulty goods.
Notification of damaged products must be received by our customer service department within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered. All goods must be returned to us unopened and in its original packaging. Please contact us at orders@kathandkim.com on instructions on how to return faulty goods.
Kath & Kim DVD Region Information
Series 1 - 3 & ‘Da Code’ DVD’s are PAL Format - Region 4 (for use on Australian DVD players). They may play on non-region specific DVD players (or multi-zoned players). These are common around the world and growing in popularity. You should check to see if you have a multi-zone player that also plays the PAL format. Note: Customers outside Region 4 are purchasing at their own risk - no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Series 4 DVD’s are PAL format – All Regions.
